JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Pankaj Rai, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel states that against the order of the Tribunal in the case of Ms. Sadhana Shukla, the State has filed writ petition before the Lucknow Bench of this Court. This fact has been stated in the counter affidavit. He prays for and is granted three weeks time to inquire whether the writ petition is pending or disposed of.
