Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned A.G.A. appearing for the State-respondents and have perused the record.
On consideration of the first information report registered under section 420 IPC, no good ground is made out for quashing the first information report. However, in the facts and circumstances of this case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction that in case if the petitioner files an application for grant of bail, the same shall be considered by the Court concerned, as expeditiously as possible.
It is made clear that this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.
With the aforesaid observation/direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
