Against the final assessment of the electricity dues dated 10.12.2018 the petitioner has remedy of filing an appeal under Section 127 of the Electricity Act. In case such an appeal is filed in accordance with law, the same be considered and decided without unnecessary delay.
With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
