JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Vishnu Chandra Gupta,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with a prayer for taking the action against the accused persons in NCR NO. 22 of 2013 under section 323 I.P.C., P.S. Motipur, District Bahraich.
From the perusal of the record it reveals that in the present case the petitioner is a person who lodged the FIR, it is a non cognizable office. In case the petitioner is having any grievance, the same may be raised before the court of Magistrate concerned by way of moving an application under section 155(2) Cr.P.C.
With this direction, this petition is finally disposed of.
