Ghanchi vs State

With regard to the grievances raised by the petitioner in this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, this Court has perused relevant police papers pertaining to investigation of the subject of the petitioner, including postmortem report, etc., at this stage, no case is made out to order transfer of investigation, as prayed for.

Accordingly, this petition stands disposed.

Notice is discharged.

However, it will be open for the petitioner to take appropriate steps at the end of investigation.
