JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE K.M.THAKER ) The Court has taken into consideration the office note dated 18.9.2012.
The Note neither satisfies the direction nor serves the purpose of hearing of present application. Therefore, office is directed to take all necessary steps and action so as to comply the direction and find - out and place the papers of Civil Application No.12634 of 2010 for perusal of the Court at the time of hearing of present application being Civil Application No.4700 of 2010. Inquiry may also be made as regards the reasons for which the application is said to be "Not Traceable". Such report shall also be placed before the Court on the next date of hearing i.e. 26.9.2012.
