The applicant has taken out present application seeking below mentioned relief:-
"9(a) Condone delay of 295, caused in filing of the application for joining applicant as party and for application for review of the order and judgment in LPA No.2339/09."
This application is restricted to the request to condone the delay.
Having regard to the averments made in the application and considering the submissions made by Mr. Kavina, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant, issue Rule, returnable on 24.8.2012.
In addition to normal mode of service of process by registry, the applicant is permitted to serve the opponents directly.
Direct service is permitted.
