The petitioner is aggrieved by the condition stipulated in Exhibit P5 order of of the first respondent directing him to pay 30% of the disputed amount demanded, as condition for grant of the stay. According to the counsel for the petitioner, some modification of the condition is necessary to be granted for the reason that, the petitioner is in a financially difficult situation. I have heard the learned Government Pleader also. 2. In view of the limited relief sought, I am satisfied that this writ petition itself can be disposed of.
This writ petition is therefore disposed of modifying the condition stipulated by Exhibit P3 to the limited extent of reducing the amount directed to be deposited as condition for grant of stay to 20%. The petitioner shall deposit the said amount within a period of two weeks from today.
