The petitioner confined his relief to an expeditious disposal of an execution petition filed in regard to a final decree for partition. 2. I direct the Family Court, Thrissur to dispose of E.P.No.

21/2014 in I.A. No. 5090/2010 in O.P.No. 1007/2003 at the earliest. Every endeavour shall be made to take the proceedings to a logical end within a period of four months from the date of production of this judgment.
