The Petitioner, owner of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 7/AN 4820 applied for temporary permit on the route Konam-Kollassery-Mattanchery-Ernakulam in the vacancy of a stage carriage bearing registration No.KL 7/AL 6923, by Ext.P1. The petitioner prays for issuance of temporary permit to the petitioner's stage carriage NO. KL 7/AN 4820 on the route Konam-Kollassery-Mattanchery- Ernakulam in the vacant timings of stage carriage bearing No.KL 7 AL 6923. 2. If vacancy of stage carriage bearing registration No.
KL 7/ AN 6923 is still in existence and no other person has applied for a temporary permit to operate a stage carriage in that vacancy, there will be a direction to the respondent to issue a temporary permit of four months duration within three weeks from the date of production of a copy of this judgment WPC.No.26363/2014 : 2 :
by passing appropriate orders on Ext.P1. Needless to say, such issuance of temporary permit will be subject to a preferential claim, if any.
