JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mohanan, J.
The above Original Petition is directed against the Orders dated 6.12.2013 in I.A. No.638/2013 and I.A. No.646/2013 in O.P. No.325/2013 of Family Court Kasaragod, at the instance of the petitioner, who is the respondent in O.P. No.330/2012 of Family Court, Kasargod, in which the prayer was for the dissolution of marriage. During the pendency of the above petition, I.A. No.638/2013 was filed with a prayer to call for documents and in the above I.A., in addition to the counter affidavit already filed, the respondent therein sought time to file an additional counter affidavit. However, both the above petitions are dismissed. It is against the above orders the present Original Petition is filed.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the respondent, it can be seen that during the pendency of the Original Petition the matter was sent for Mediation and the matter is settled. The memorandum of agreement under section 89 of the Code of Civil Procedure r/w 24 of the Civil Procedure (Alternative Dispute Resolution) Rules 2008 is forwarded to this Court. Both counsel submits that in terms of the settlement arrived, this Original Petition can be disposed of.
Therefore, this Original Petition is allowed in terms of the settlement arrived at the Kerala Mediation Centre. The settlement signed by both parties and their counsel shall form part of this judgment.
