This is a petition seeking a direction to the court below to dispose of I.A.No.451/2014 in I.A.No.4985/2012 namely, Ext.P4 and I.A.No.453/2014 in I.A.No.4986/2012 (Ext.P5) in O.S.No.149/2010 within a time to be fixed by this Court. 2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that the petitions have been disposed of and therefore original petition has become infructuous.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for two weeks time to enable him to file an appeal against the order in the two applications.
4. Learned counsel for the respondent pointed out that the I.As were disposed of on 30.09.2014.
O.P.(C) No.1304/2014 2 In the light of the fact that the prayer sought for in the petition has become infructuous, this original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
