First petitioner, owner of an extent of 6.5 cents of property situated in Sy.No.646/7 of Njarakkal Village, evident from Ext.P1, has submitted Ext.P6 application seeking certain reliefs from the 2nd respondent especially in respect of correction of the re-survey number in the records. From Ext.P7 it is evident that, 2nd respondent has received Ext.P6 submitted by the petitioner on 21.3.2016 seeking direction for early disposal of Ext.P6.
2. Having Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader, there will be a direction to the 2nd respondent to take on board Ext.P6 and consider the same in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners or any other interested or affected persons and attain finality to the same within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
Writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
