JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police not to harass the petitioner and her family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the 2nd and 3rd respondents and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the 1st respondent.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police frequently called the petitioner and her family members and harassed them under the guise of enquiry.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that no petition and no CSR is pending against the petitioner as on today. He would further submit that with regard to the earlier complaint pending against the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and the same has been closed on 09.01.2016 and now the petitioner's appearance is not at all required by the respondent Police. Hence, there is no scope of harassment as alleged by the petitioner.
5. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
