The interim order granted by the learned single Judge, by order dated 30 August, 2011 in M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2010 is under challenge in these intra court appeals on the ground that reasons were not given while staying the further proceedings relating to the selection of LPG dealer by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited.
2. The learned counsel for the appellants submitted that subsequent to the initiation of intra court appeals, the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation finalised the selection and one Thiru.Vigneswaran was appointed as the dealer. According to the learned counsel, the writ petition in W.P.No.30132 of 2010 is still pending.
3. In view of the subsequent events relating to the culmination of selection by the appellants and pendency of the writ petition before the Writ Court, nothing survives for adjudication in these appeals.
4. The intra court appeals are closed with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
