1. By order dated 12.03.2012 this Hon'ble Court (Coram : K.S.Jhaveri, J.) was pleased to admit the matter and grant ad-interim relief qua backwages and with continuity of service on condition that the respondent workman shall be reinstated in service within a period of three weeks from today. Ms. Davawala, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner places on record communication addressed to the respondent workman by the petitioner dated 4.4.2012. The said communication is taken on record. It is further submitted by Ms. Davawala that pursuant to the said communication dated 4.4.2012 the respondent management has reinstated the respondent workman.
2. In view of the above condition imposed by granting ad-interim relief stands complied with and hence, ad-interim relief qua backwages with continuity of service shall continue as interim relief till final disposal of the petition.
