JUDGMENT A joint memo is filed in the court today. It is signed by the learned counsel for the appellant and learned counsel for the legal representatives of the respondent. They have agreed on various terms. They plead that the memo be taken on record and the writ appeal be disposed off.
2. In terms thereof, we are of the view that the memo is in the interest of both the parties and it is lawful. Hence the joint memo is accepted. The amount of Rs.2,50,631/- deposited before this court by the appellant in terms of the order dated 16.04.2019, is directed to be released in favour of the 3 legal representatives of the respondent, in equal proportion.
3. Writ appeal stands disposed off accordingly.
