Respondents Prayers: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the 2nd respondent made in R.No.A3/68984/2012 dated 18.03.2013 & quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to dispose the 1st respondent application dated 30.11.2012 for grant of “Renewal of Permit” as per the procedures enjoined for “Grant of Stage Carriage Permit” under Section 71, 72 of Motor Vehicles Act 1988 and the allied Tamilnadu Motor Vehicles Rules 1989 & taking consideration of Section 7 & 10 of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicle (Special) Provisions Act 1992 (41/92), for the disposal of the Renewal application of the 1st respondent.

O R D E R
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is challenging the impugned notice issued by the 2nd respondent. Pursuant to the said notice, the respondent has passed the final orders on 26.05.2013. Hence, the prayer in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
