1. The present application has been preferred by the applicant-Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation, through its General Manager, for fixing the earlier date of hearing of Special Civil Application No. 8478/2008.

2. Considering the fact that the main Special Civil Application is already on board, which is now adjourned to 09/02/2012 for final hearing, Shri Munshaw, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant does not press the present application. Hence, the present application is dismissed as not pressed.
