Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that Income Tax Appeal No. 3308/Ahd/2011 has been decided by the Tribunal on 21.06.2012, and the Tribunal has granted stay upto 18th September 2012, and therefore, the writ petition filed by the petitioner, being Special Civil Application No.3420 of 2012, has become infructuous, and may be dismissed as such. In view of this statement, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. Interim relief shall stand vacated. Notice is discharged.
