By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the judgment and order dated 01.12.2011 passed by the Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Lucknow in Misc. Case No.47 of 2006, as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition.
On due consideration, the operation and implementation of the judgment and order dated 01.12.2011, as contained in Annexure-4 to the writ petition, is hereby stayed subject to deposit of 50% of awarded amount, within a period of fifteen days from today before the Labour Court.
All the opposite parties are directed to file their respective counter affidavits within four weeks. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
List after expiry of the aforesaid period.
