JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ashok Bhushan, Ag.CJ.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned State Attorney. No notice is being issued to respondents 4 to 6, in view of the order, which is being passed. Respondents 4 to 6 are at liberty to make application for variation of the order, if so advised.
2. The petitioners have come up with the Writ Petition praying for a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the first petitioner School and its students, teachers, managerial staff and other employees in carrying out the educational activities in its premises and also from the illegal obstructions caused by the members of respondents 4 to 6.
3. The learned State Attorney stated that earlier a complaint was received from the institution in May, 2014 WP(C).27294/14 2 and thereafter Police patrolling has already been directed in the institution.
In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned State Attorney, we are of view that the Writ Petition need not be kept pending. We observe that if there is any obstruction to the smooth functioning of the educational institution, it shall be open for the petitioner to submit appropriate complaint to the third respondent and the third respondent shall look into the matter and take appropriate action.
With the above observation the Writ Petition is disposed of.
