JUDGMENT / ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on record for the petitioner would submit that he is no longer appearing for the petitioner and the papers have been handed over to the petitioner.
2.The matter is pending for nearly four years. This Court does not want to keep the writ petition pending any longer. Hence the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
