Gendan Lal vs C.B.I., A.C.B., Ghaziabad

This is a third bail application moved on behalf of the applicant Gendan Lal. The first bail application was rejected by this Court vide order 29.10.2014. Second bail application was moved on behalf of the applicant which was released by this Court and thereafter the same was rejected by another Bench of this Court on 10.2.2016 at the request of learned counsel for the applicant that he does not want to press the second bail application.

In view of above, let the matter be placed before Hon'ble The Chief Justice for obtaining nomination to be placed before appropriate Bench.
