This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs;
(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the Proposal dated 27.02.2018 in respect of no confidence motion against the petitioner.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 3 to decide the representation dated 14.07.2018 and the respondents may be restrained to interfere in working of the petitioner as Block Pramukh of Block Salarpur, District Budaun.
Perusal of the record shows that 'No Confidence Motion' was taken up on 27.2.2018 and the motion has been adopted by the house.
Nothing has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner to show as to how the meeting which was held on 27.2.2018 was either irregular or illegal.
In view of the above, we do not see any justification to interfere in the matter.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
