1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and perused the record.
2. This writ petition is directed against order dated 09.02.2018 passed by District Magistrate, Budaun accepting No Confidence Motion and calling for meeting on 27.02.2018.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner contended that Collector on receipt of no confidence motion ought to have conducted an enquiry to examine authenticity of the same.
4. Despite repeated query of the Court counsel for petitioner could not show any law under which Collector is required to conduct any such enquiry to examine genuineness of signatures made by members who have signed no confidence motion.
5. Writ petition lacks merit. Dismissed.
