Shri Safiq Mirza, has filed his power on behalf of the respondent nos. 4 and 5. He prays for and is granted three weeks time to file counter affidavit.
Learned counsel for the petitioner shall have two weeks time thereafter to file rejoinder affidavit.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties. It is provided that till the next date of listing, the parties shall maintain status quo as regards the nature and possession over the land in dispute and are restrained from creating third party rights therein.
