The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. 192 of 2018 (Gena Devi vs. Rajendra), under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, 1901, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Case No. 192 of 2018 be decided within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
