Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Vijay Shanker, learned Standing Counsel on behalf of respondent nos.1 to 3.
In view of the order proposed to be passed, notice need not to be issued to the respondent nos.4 and 5.
The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition with the prayer to issue a mandamus directing the Consolidation Officer, Gyanpur, Bhadohi to quash the proceedings pending under Rule 109 of the Consolidation of Holdings Rules, 1954 within stipulated period.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, the writ petition is being disposed of at the admission stage itself.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of permitting the petitioner to make a fresh representation ventilating all his grievances before the respondent no.3/Consolidation Officer, Bhadohi, along with certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. If such a representation is filed, the respondent No.3 will pass appropriate orders on the same expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months thereafter, in accordance with law.
