(Order of the Court was made by P.MURGESEN,J) This is a petition filed by the petitioner to produce his wife, his children, his sister-in-law and sister-in-law's children before the Court.
2.According to the petitioner, the detenues were confined in the custody of Respondents 2 to 4.
3.Today, the detenues were produced before this Court. They stated that the police enquired about one Ganesan. So, they left the house and went to Pamban and they were not detained by the respondents.
4.Since the detenues are not under the illegal custody of the respondents, recording the statement of the detenues, the Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
