JUDGMENT / ORDER

The complaint of the petitioner is regarding the delay in publishing the results of the 6th Semester B.Tech Degree Supplementary Examination of the petitioner held on 07.05.2014. The petitioner had appeared for the paper “Design and Analysis of Algorithms” .
2. Adv.Sri.Varghese M Easo who appears for the University submits that, the examinations were over only on 22.05.2014. He submits that, the results would be published before 31.08.2014.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of recording the submission of the learned Standing Counsel for the University that the results of the petitioner would be published on or before 31.08.2014.
