The order passed on the application for temporary injunction by the trial court was reversed in appeal. There is no necessity to delve deep into all aspects since the suit is ripe for trial. I direct the court of the Munsiff of Muvattupuzha to dispose of O.S. No. 300 of 2012 on its file, at the earliest. 2. Every endeavour shall be made to dispose of the suit within a period of four months from the date of production of this judgment. The same shall be done untramelled by any observation or finding contained in the orders impugned.
The Original Petition is disposed of.
