The Court below has rightly found that public auction of the timber logs would fetch better price than an auction amongst the parties. Such a course cannot be faulted with when none of the sharers want to retain any of the timber logs. The estate will be benefited by public auction and the order of the Court below is well founded.

The Original Petition is dismissed.
