The petitioner has approached this Court with the following prayers:
“a) issue a writ of mandamus or such other writ, order or direction against the respondents to consider favourably the request for settling the liabilities in proper humane perspective and allow the petitioner to get another chance to liquidate the liabilities outstanding to the bank and grant some more time to settling the entire loan accounts.
b) issue a writ of mandamus or other appropriate writ, order or direction directing the respondents to regularize the loan account of the petitioner on payment of the defaulted installments.
c) to issue a writ of prohibition against the 1st respondent from taking further action on Exht. P5 till the disposal of this writ petition.
d) to grant such other reliefs which the petitioner may seek from time to time and this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to be granted in the circumstances.”
2. When the matter was taken up for consideration on 26.11.2014, the following interim order was passed.
W.P.(C)No.31595 OF 2014 2 “Urgent notice on admission to the respondents by Speed Post, returnable within ten days.
'Status quo' shall be maintained for a period of two weeks, on condition that the petitioner satisfies a sum of Rupees fifty thousand within one week.”
3. The learned Counsel for the respondent Bank submits that the condition has not been complied with. It is also brought to the notice of this Court that the husband of the petitioner (who is the third respondent herein) had approached this Court earlier by filing W.P.(C)No.8391 of 2014, which was disposed of as per judgment dated 05.06.2014, permitting the said petitioner to liquidate the liability in a phased manner, which direction also stands not complied with.
There is no representation for the petitioner . This Court does not find it necessary to keep the writ petition pending before this Court. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
