JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners claim that they are the owners of the property referred in Ext.P1 sale deed. The petitioners approached the respondent by Ext.P5 application for removing the charge of lease from Ext.P1 document. The petitioners submit that they have submitted Ext.P5 application on 13.10.2014.
Considering the nature of the relief sought by the petitioner in Ext.P5, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders thereon after hearing the petitioners within a period of two months.
The writ petition is disposed of as above.
