Since the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions are common and pertains to Survey No.304 of Soppatti Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District for issuance of patta, all these Writ Petitions are disposed of by this common order.

The petitioners have filed the above Writ Petitions to issue writs of mandamus directing the respondents to issue house site patta to them in respect of their land in Survey No.304 of Soppatti Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering their representations dated 17.04.2017, 12.12.2016 and 28.12.2016.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that inspite of the petitioners representations dated 17.04.2017, 12.12.2016 and 28.12.2016, the respondents have not considered the same and issued patta to them.
4. Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioners' representations for issuance of house site patta in their favour in accordance with law.
5. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petitions, without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioners' representations dated 17.04.2017, 12.12.2016 and 28.12.2016 and pass orders in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the interested parties, within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of the documents by the petitioner.
5.With these observations, the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
