The petitioner is aggrieved by the non-consideration of variation of permit, requested as per Ext.P2. 2. The learned Government Pleader submits that the next RTA meeting is convened on 13.11.2014 and the agenda is already published. It is also submitted that the Field Officer's report on Ext.P2, has been received only on 10.11.2014. In such circumstances, the RTA shall place it on the next RTA meeting, coming after 13.11.2014 and consider it in the said date after supplying the petitioner with a copy of the field officer's report.
Writ petition is disposed of.
