ORDER The petitioner seeks for a writ of habeas corpus to release the petitioner’s husband.
2. The learned Government Advocate submits that he was released from the custody on 10.10.2017 in Crime No.121 of 2017, Kempegowda Police Station, Bengaluru. Consequently, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo seeking to withdraw the petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
The learned Government Advocate is permitted to file the memo of appearance within four weeks.
