Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the Civil Judge (Jr. Div.), Sikohabad, Firozabad to decide temporary injunction application 6- C filed by the plaintiff in Original Suit No. 592 of 2017 within a stipulated period.
From the order-sheet of the case, it appears that the defendant had already entered appearance through a caveat application and the matter is under consideration of the court below though, on the last two dates, the matter had to be adjourned on account of lawyers strike.
In view of the above, no specific direction need be issued.
It is observed that the court below is not bound to adjourn the proceeding if the lawyers are abstaining from work. The court concerned shall therefore endeavour to bring the proceeding on the pending applications to its logical conclusion, unless there is any legal impediment in doing so.
