JUDGMENT / ORDER

It is reported that the petitioner No.1 - wife Geetaben Dineshbhai Tandlekar has been murdered leaving behind her two children - petitioner Nos.2 and 3 herein.
Under the circumstances, registry is directed to issue fresh notice upon the respondent No.2 - husband, making it returnable on 1/11/2012. The respondent No.2 be served through the concerned Police Station.
