JUDGMENT / ORDER

Earlier on 13.12.2011, this Court has issued fresh Notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 17.1.2012. The Clerk of learned Advocate of the applicant has filed Affidavit stating that he had sent the courier to the brother of the petitioner, but, the same is received back as not found at the address.
Today, learned Advocate for the applicant has stated that fresh notice may be issued to the respondent No.2 and that the same will be served by direct service.
In view of above, Office to issue fresh Notice to the respondent No.2, returnable on 12th June, 2012.
Direct service is permitted.
