Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned AGA for the State.
Submission is that the application of the applicant for execution of the order passed by the Family Court for recovery of the amount awarded as maintenance under Section 125 Cr.P.C in Case No.332 of 2018 (Smt. Geeta and another Vs. Chatar Singh) is pending since 29.10.2018 but the Family Court is not executing the same.
The application is disposed of directing the Family Court concerned to execute its order dated 17.04.2018 within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
