This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C has been filed for a direction to the Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad to decide Case No. 231 of 2018 (Smt. Geeta Vs. Chatar Singh) pending before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad filed by the applicant under Section 31 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 P.S. Tundla District Firozabad.
The submission is that the execution of order of Family Court is pending before the Judicial Magistrate, Firozabad under Section 31 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005.
This application is disposed of directing the court below to conclude the aforesaid execution proceedings within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
