At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to correct the prayer clause.
Prayer aforesaid is granted. He may do so during the course of the day. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (J.D.), Shahganj, district Jaunpur to decide Suit No. 1230 of 2013, Smt. Sugna and another Vs. Shees Tiwari and others dated 18.10.2013 within a stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid suit and decide the same on its own merit, in accordance with law, expeditiously provided there is no legal impediment and no unnecessary adjournments shall be granted to the parties.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present writ petition is finally disposed of.
