Heard Sri Munna Singh Tomar learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Shivam Yadav learned counsel for the respondent through Video Conferencing.
After a brief submission, Sri Munna Singh Tomar learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are ready to file a departmental appeal against the demolition order as also the order passed by the respondent authority for sealing the construction in question.
As prayed, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioners to file an appeal within a period of four weeks from today alongwith the copy of this order.
In case, such an appeal is filed within the aforesaid period, the same shall be decided, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two months from the date of filing of the said appeal.
For a period of one month from today, it is directed that the respondents shall not take any coercive measure against the petitioners.
