Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner claims to be divorced daughter of the deceased Smt. Kiranmukhi and praying for compassionate appointment has made representation before the Joint Director of Education, Bareilly on 15.1.2018 by registered post.
Learned Standing Counsel has pointed out that claim of the petitioner had earlier been rejected on 3.5.2017.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at that time divorce has not been taken place and it has only taken place on 9.12.2017,therefore she has fresh cause of action for consideration.
The writ petition is finally disposed of directing the petitioner to make comprehensive representation before the Joint Director of Education, Bareilly annexing thereto the documents relating to her divorce within three weeks from today and appropriate order shall be passed thereon by the Joint Director of Education, Bareilly within three months thereafter.
