Petitioners claim to be engaged on the post of Rojgar Sewak. This petition has been filed for a direction to be issued to the respondents to release arrears of honorarium for the period 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners' grievance can be examined by the authority competent, in accordance with law, at the first instance.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.5 by making a representation in respect of their grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, annexing all materials in support of their claim, within a period of three weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned and an appropriate order would be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter. In case it is found that petitioners have actually worked and are entitled to honorarium, their claim for payment of honorariums shall be processed without any further loss of time.
