Learned counsel for the petitioner states that continuously learned counsel for the opposite parties has sent either illness slip or is on leave. In these circumstances the interim relief could not be granted to the petitioner and he is sought to be evicted on the basis of the impugned order passed by the court below.

In the aforesaid state of affairs, till the next date of listing the parties are directed to maintain status quo.

This order will be extended after hearing counsel for both the parties on the next date of listing.
