It is stated that the petitioner is a widow and was suffering from serious ailment, on account of which she could not report for duty. A representation has thereafter been made on 5.12.2017, stating that she is ready to resume her duty and her leave on medical grounds be accepted.
Grievance of the petitioner is that despite such representation, no decision has yet been taken.
In view of the facts and circumstances, it would be appropriate to permit the petitioner to approach respondent No. 6, along with a certified copy of this order within a period of two weeks. Liberty stands reserved to the petitioner to annex all materials in support of her plea of illness. The concerned respondent shall examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate order in accordance with applicable provision, within a further period of three weeks, thereafter.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of.
