By means of this writ petition the petitioner has come to this Court with the grievance that the member of the Nagar Panchayat is trying to get a road constructed on the land of the petitioner and for protection of the land the petitioner is raising a wall which is not allowed by the villagers and the said member of the Nagar Panchayat.
For the said purpose the Writ court is not an appropriate forum. The petitioner may go to civil court for protection of her right.
The writ petition is misconceived and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
